Casandra Anderson, M.D.
Breast Surgeon/Surgical Oncology
Dr. Anderson graduated summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1995. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2000 and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honorary Medical Society.
Amardeep Singh Aulakh, D.O.
Medical Oncology/Hematology
Dr. Aulakh is double board-certified in medical oncology and internal medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and earned fellowships in blood banking and transfusion medicine at the University of California, Davis.
Pushpendu Banerjee, M.D.
Medical Oncology
Dr. Banerjee completed an internal medicine internship and residency at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 1997. He continued there as assistant professor in internal medicine wining awards for teaching excellence and contributing to medical informatics research.
Sukhjeet S. Batth, M.D., M.S., DABR
Radiation Oncology
Dr. Batth completed his residency at the University of Southern California and LA County Medical Center. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Davis and his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Stanford University.
Alberto Bessudo, M.D.
Medical Oncology
Dr. Bessudo trained in oncology and hematology at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. After graduation in 1995, he was appointed to the faculty at UCSD Cancer Center as an assistant professor, where he was active in teaching and clinical and molecular immunology research.
Erin Blake, M.D.
Gynecology Oncology
Dr. Erin Blake, MD, MSc, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified gynecologic oncologist. She earned her medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and her bachelor’s degree in the history of medical science from Princeton University. Completing her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The University of Colorado
Christine Chang-Halpenny, M.D., DABR
Radiation Oncology
Dr. Chang-Halpenny completed a radiation oncology residency at Kaiser Permanente in Southern California. Her internship was at the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. She earned both her medical as well as undergraduate degrees from Stanford University.
Achala Doraiswamy, M.D.
Medical Oncology
Dr. Achala Doraiswamy completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas, Houston. From there, Dr. Doraiswamy completed a hematology and oncology fellowship at Scripps Clinical and Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, California.
Steven G. Eisenberg, D.O.
Medical Oncology
Dr. Eisenberg received his B.A. in general arts and sciences at Pennsylvania State University. He attended medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was honored with the Dean Arthur M. and Belle B. Flack Memorial Award for the student most proficient in internal medicine.
Dexter T. Estrada, M.D.

Dr. Estrada is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. He completed his residency training in internal medicine, as well as his fellowship training in hematology and medical oncology at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan.
Dawood Findakly, M.D., FACP
Medical Oncology/Hematology
Dr. Dawood Findakly is a board-certified and highly skilled Hematologist and Medical Oncologist. He earned his medical degree from Al-Nahrain University College of Medicine in Baghdad, Iraq. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine, where he was named ‘Outstanding Scholar of the Year’ in 2021.
Edna I. Flores, M.D.
Medical Oncology
A board-certified medical oncologist and internist, Dr. Flores received her fellowship training in hematology/oncology at Scripps Green Hospital. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio School of Medicine, and completed her internal medicine residency at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
Laurie Frakes, M.D.
Medical Oncology
Dr. Laurie Frakes completed her B.S. in biochemistry at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, and received a master’s degree in immunology from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. She then completed medical school and a residency in internal medicine at the University of Calgary, followed by a fellowship in hematology/oncology at the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation in La Jolla, California.

Valerie B. Galvan Turner, MD, is a fellowship-trained and board-certified gynecologic oncologist. Dr. Galvan Turner earned her medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and her bachelor’s in biology from The University of Texas at Austin.
Sachin Gupta, M.D.

Dr. Gupta is board certified in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Michigan State University, and finished a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Wayne State University in Detroit. Prior to joining cCARE, he was an assistant clinical professor at the UCSF Fresno Medical Education Program.
Leonard T. Hackett, M.D.

Dr. Hackett is board certified in hematology and medical oncology. He attended McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, where he earned his Bachelor of Science and medical degree. He then completed his internship in internal medicine and residencies in hematology and oncology at McMaster University.

She has worked at Albany Medical Center , N.Y for over 4 years in neuro. step down unit and at St. Agnes Medical Center as medical/oncology, and cardiovascular recovery unit.
Jamila Faiq, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Jamila is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who joined the cCARE team in November of 2016. Prior to that, Jamila spent six years in the Bone Marrow and Solid Organ Transplant Unit at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, California. At Scripps Green she gained valuable experience administering chemotherapy, conducting stem cell transplants and giving her patients compassionate treatment and follow-up care.
Tinneke Hanson, FNP, AANP
Tina is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with AANP. She has seven years of experience Gastroenterology and Hepatology. Prior to that she was a medical-surgical Registered Nurse at Community Regional Medical Center and Registered Nurse at Valley Eye Institute. She is passionate about health, wellness, prevention, and being a patient advocate. When she is not at work, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Alanna Iorio, APRN-C, OCN
Alanna Iorio is a dedicated Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in oncology and primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. With a strong foundation in clinical practice, Alanna has completed diverse training in oncology, primary care, and global health, gaining valuable experience in treating adult and geriatric patients in various settings, including outpatient oncology clinics, primary care facilities, and global outreach programs.
Parminder K Jandu, RN, BSN, MSN, FNP-C, CMSRN
Parminder Jandu, NP is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of healthcare experience. She has a diverse background in family medicine, urgent care, and oncology, and is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients of all backgrounds. Highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, Parminder strives to build trust with every patient and works closely with care teams to deliver seamless, effective care.
Lizbeth Jauregui, PA
Lizbeth earned her Master of Physician Assistant Practice degree from the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and her Master of Public Health degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to joining cCare, she cared for patients of all ages in rural communities across the Central Valley, providing accessible and comprehensive primary care. She is now working alongside the gynecologic oncology team at cCare and is dedicated to reducing disparities in gynecologic cancers, as well as supporting women through survivorship.
Susan Juliusson, NP-BC
Susan is a central Illinois native who has been a registered nurse for 27 years. She received her Master’s in Science of Nursing from University of Illinois-Chicago and is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner. Her 4 year experience as a nurse practitioner in the intensive care setting greatly influenced her ability to care for cancer patients in the hospital and clinic setting for the last 9 years. A cross country move to live near family brought her to the Fresno area and cCare.
Olivia Kahn, MSN, RN, FNP-BC
Olivia is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and dedicated member of the Gynecologic Oncology team in cCARE Fresno. Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree and a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia before returning home to the Central Valley.
At cCare, she works closely alongside Dr. Erin Blake, gynecologic oncologist, serving both in the clinic and in the OR as a NIFA-trained surgical first assist to provide care to a diverse patient population. Olivia is passionate about patient education, complex care coordination, and health equity.
Rimandeep Kaur, MSN FNP-BC
Rimandeep earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from United States University, San Diego in 2022. She holds an AANP board certification. She has over ten years of experience as a registered nurse in various settings, including Skilled Nursing, Trauma, and Telemetry departments. She also worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for nearly six months, directly dealing with children with the goal of promoting their healthiest development.
Morgan Knudsen, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, CCRN
Morgan Knudsen is a highly skilled Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in acute and critical care nursing. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Advanced Practice Nursing for Adults and the Elderly from San Diego State University, where she received the Graduate Student Award for Excellence in Clinical Practice.
Julianne MacMullen, MSN, FNP-BC
Julie was a medic in the U.S. Army for 4 years with a 12-month deployment to Afghanistan where she gained experience in emergency medicine, earned a combat medic badge, and a purple heart. She earned her bachelor’s degree and Master of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science. She gained a passion in caring for patients with oncologic and hematologic conditions when her husband was diagnosed with cancer in 2012.
Allison Montero, PA
Allison is a valued member of the Gynecologic Oncology team at cCARE Fresno, working closely with Dr. Erin Blake to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Raised in the Bay Area, she moved to Fresno after completing her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly.
Patricia Mooney, MS, AGNP- BC
Patricia is an adult nurse practitioner serving the Encinitas and San Marcos cCARE locations. She strives to provide patient-centered care with thorough physical exams, symptom management, diagnosis and care plans. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Villanova University and her Master of Science in nursing at San Diego State University. Patricia worked in critical care for over ten years before joining cCARE in 2021.

Wairimu Mwaura joins the cCARE team as a nurse practitioner.
Jennifer Quail, MSN, FNP
Jennifer Quail is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in oncology and patient-centered care. She has worked across outpatient and inpatient oncology, urgent care, primary care, and infusion services, bringing a well-rounded clinical background to every patient she serves.
Marissa Tadi, MSN, A-GNP-C
Marissa joined cCARE in May 2017. Prior to joining, she spent seven years working inpatient as a medical/oncology nurse for Christian Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She is currently certified by the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) in chemotherapy and biotherapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2010. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University in 2016.
Marti Willey, MSN, ANP-BC, AOCNP
Marti is an adult nurse practitioner at the Encinitas and 4S Ranch office where she provides physical assessment, differential diagnosis and care plans for oncology and hematology patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing at San Diego State University. Before joining cCARE, Marti worked at Scripps Memorial Hospital as a nurse mentor for the intensive care unit.
