What Is a Patient Navigator?
A Patient Navigator is a specialized member of your care team whose primary focus is helping you successfully navigate every aspect of your cancer care journey.
Depending on your needs, your Patient Navigator may bring a nursing background, care coordination expertise, or experience connecting patients with community and support resources. While their backgrounds may vary, their mission remains the same: To help remove barriers to care and ensure you receive the support you need when you need it.
Patient Navigators work closely with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and other specialists to help coordinate care, answer questions, and connect you with valuable resources throughout treatment.

Oncology Patient Navigator
Kemonie Ray is a Licensed Vocational Nurse with more than four years of experience in patient care, oncology navigation, care coordination, and healthcare operations. She is passionate about supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey, helping them access resources, understand treatment plans, and navigate complex care needs. Kemonie brings expertise in patient education, utilization support, EMR documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Lenzy Rubi has over 12 years of experience in oncology and a background in social work, providing compassionate, patient-centered support to individuals facing cancer. She partners closely with patients, caregivers, physicians, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, provide education, connect patients with financial assistance and community resources, and help remove barriers to treatment ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and empowered.
