Dr. Dawood Findakly is a board-certified and highly skilled Hematologist and Medical Oncologist. He earned his medical degree from Al-Nahrain University College of Medicine in Baghdad, Iraq. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine, where he was named ‘Outstanding Scholar of the Year’ in 2021.
Board certified in Internal Medicine and Hematology, Dr. Findakly holds active medical licenses in California and Louisiana. He is a member of several prestigious medical societies, including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, the American Association for Cancer Research, and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Findakly, a recognized ASCO Ally in 2024, has held leadership roles in ASCO and published research in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, focusing on improving cancer treatments and outcomes.
In his free time, he enjoys playing the piano and guitar, traveling, playing basketball, reading, hiking, and is passionate about music.
