Claire S. Moga, DNP, FNP-BC
Claire is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who joined the cCARE team in October of 2017. Prior to that, Claire spent several years working in oncology intensive care at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. She also has extensive experience working in stem cell/bone marrow transplant at UC San Diego Medical Center. Claire received her Master of Science in nursing and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of San Diego. She graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Sigma Theta Tau nursing honors society. She enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, cooking and baking.
Jennifer Coyle, RN, FNP
Jennifer graduated from Azusa Pacific University in 2002. She worked at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena on a medical/oncology floor for five years and then moved to Menifee. Since then, she has worked at Inland Valley Medical Center, Palomar Medical Center and Loma Linda Cancer Center. Jennifer has worked in oncology nearly all of her 15 years as a registered nurse. She became a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in 2017. Jennifer has a passion for the field of oncology and has been looking forward to an opportunity like her current role at cCARE for many years. Jennifer has three children, enjoys running races and triathlons, and also loves baking.
Jamila Faiq, RN, MSN, FNP-BC
Jamila is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who joined the cCARE team in November 2016. Prior to that, Jamila spent six years in the bone marrow and solid organ transplant unit at Scripps Green Hospital in La Jolla, California. At Scripps Green she gained valuable experience administering chemotherapy, conducting stem cell transplants and giving her patients compassionate treatment and follow-up care. Jamila received her Master of Science in nursing from California State University San Marcos, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Kathleen Haley, NP
Kathleen is an oncology nurse practitioner at the La Jolla office. Before joining cCARE, she worked as a clinical nurse at Sharp Memorial Hospital in the outpatient infusion therapy center for oncology and hematology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Northern Arizona University in 1978 and her Master of Science in nursing, with a nurse practitioner certification, from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
Susan Hope Klein, DNP, FNP-C OCN
Susan joined cCARE in 2000 as an oncology certified nurse in the outpatient infusion center in Encinitas and after becoming a nurse practitioner. She moved to the La Jolla office in 2013. She also serves as part-time faculty in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program at the University of San Diego. Susan earned her bachelor’s in nursing from Pennsylvania State University and earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice as well as a Master of Science in nursing from the University of San Diego. Susan is a veteran and served 11 years in the United States Navy.
Cortney Miller, MSN, FNP
Cortney joined cCARE in September 2016 as a nurse practitioner at the Encinitas office. Before joining the cCARE team, she worked as a travel nurse at University of California, San Diego Moore’s Cancer Infusion Center and Kaiser Permanente Carmel Valley Outpatient Clinic in San Diego. Prior to that, she spent several years as a staff nurse at Saint Louis Children’s Hospital working with pediatric hematology/oncology patients. She also worked at Barnes Jewish Hospital in Saint Louis in adult medical oncology and BMT for two years. Cortney received her Master of Science in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from Saint Louis University.
Marti Willey, CCRN, MSN, ANP-BC
Marti is an adult nurse practitioner at the Encinitas and 4S Ranch office where she provides physical assessment, differential diagnosis and care plans for oncology and hematology patients. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in nursing at San Diego State University. Before joining cCARE, Marti worked at Scripps Memorial Hospital as a nurse mentor for the intensive care unit.
La Jolla Urology nurse practitioner
Stephanie Tomicich, MSN, BSN, RN, AGNP-C
Stephanie is a nurse practitioner at cCARE’s La Jolla Urology office. Before joining cCARE in April 2016, she worked in the cardiac care ICU and surgical/trauma ICU at Scripps Memorial Hospital. She also worked as a nurse practitioner for the Rancho Santa Fe Medical Clinic Mobile Doctor and cared for patients at their homes from 2015-2016. Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science in nursing at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, her Master of Nursing at the University of San Diego and her post master’s in adult/geriatric nurse practitioner at the University of Massachusetts in Boston.

Gissel Chujutalli, PA-C
Gissel graduated in 2014 from Kettering College with a degree in human biology. She continued her education at Kettering College and completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2017. She joined the cCARE family in 2018 and currently works as a urology-oncology physician assistant at the San Marcos office.
Fresno nurse practitioners
Marissa Boutte, MSN, A-GNP-C
Marissa joined cCARE in May 2017. Prior to joining, she spent seven years working inpatient as a medical/oncology nurse for Christian Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She is currently certified by the Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) in chemotherapy and biotherapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2010. She earned her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University in 2016.
Jemely Villegas, FNP, MSN
Jemely worked at Cancer Care Associates of Fresno Medical Group since 2001 and continued on as an oncology nurse when the practice merged with cCARE in 2012. She earned her Master of Science in nursing (MSN), and her Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) from California State University, Fresno.
Michael Lemus, Physician Assistant
Michael graduated in 2000 from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in biology with a minor in chemistry. He worked as a researcher at City of Hope Beckman Research Institute until 2006 when he continued his education at Western University of Health Sciences, graduating with a master’s degree as a physician assistant in 2008. Has been certified as a physician assistant since graduating and has worked in neurosurgery as well as family practice in a rural clinic.
