About the author
Dr. Bessudo trained in oncology and hematology at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. After graduation in 1995, he was appointed to the faculty at UCSD Cancer Center as an assistant professor, where he was active in teaching and clinical and molecular immunology research.
Dr. Bessudo specializes in lymphoma and myeloma with an emphasis in clinical research. He is proud of the clinical trial program at cCARE and is passionate about research and development of new targeted therapies in cancer treatment.
