With the recent spread of COVID-19, it is important to be mindful of not only yourself but others around you. In accordance with California state guidelines, we are requiring that all visitors to cCARE clinic locations wear a mask and practice social distancing. To help facilitate social distancing measures, we have opened up additional seating areas and visitor restrictions are currently in place at all locations.

Please contact our office prior to your appointment and notify us if you, or whoever will be accompanying you to your appointment, has any of the following symptoms: runny nose, dry cough, low-grade fever or shortness of breath. Also note that, whenever appropriate, we continue to schedule telemedicine appointments to limit the need for patients to leave home.
