cCARE-relay

cCARE is proud to sponsor the American Cancer Society‘s Relay for Life in Carlsbad, CA on August 22-23. This year’s event holds special meaning for our cCARE family. Alicia Shell, cCARE’s Vice President of Operations, and her family have created a team in memory of her husband, Matt Shell, who courageously battled lung cancer and passed away on May 29, 2026.

Through Relay For Life, they are helping raise critical funds for the American Cancer Society’s mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support.

We invite our cCARE community, friends, and supporters to join us in celebrating Matt’s life and legacy. If you’d like to make a donation visit: Relay For Life | Cancer Walk | Cancer Fundraising Events.

Together, we can support cancer research and bring hope to those still fighting.
